Homegrown lamb loin chops. Some cabbage, cauli and carrots. And a few kumara/potatoes. Probs a few too many of those but my blood sugar is currently looking immaculate so a huge win for me!

I'm working so hard at my eating. Look how stable my blood sugar is. I woke up late, so just about to have lunch. We will see what wheatmeal bread does to me when it doesn't have avocado and egg to help slow it down...

My trial continuous glucose monitor arrived! Felt absolutely nothing on insertion. This is the Linx from Intuitive Therapeutics! Can't wait for the warm-up to be over.

Just taking our barn cats for a walk. They were found as feral kittens a bit past the usual socialisation period. We adopted them at over a year old. Took a while but Kitney (black and white) follows us around the paddocks as chief supervisor. Clawdear has started joining.
