Al Gore says COP28 as on the verge of failure because the wording on fossil fuel production and consumption is "Of the Petrostates, By the Petrostates and For the Petrostates." twitter.com/algore/statu... But turkey's don't vote for Christmas, focus on phasing out consumption to bypass Petrostates.
