The Cracker Barrel rebranding is a loss mainly because the logo stood out. The new one looks like everything else on the roadside plaza. What is travelling through the states without Big Boy, Bob Evans, or grocery stores with their size in anchors on their name. The is bland and safe corporatism.

Was wondering what came first, this or the intel thing. Apparently they're about tied. Then I remembered Raymond Scott was doing something similar with his electronic experiments. He wasn't doing the audio mnemonics that we hear today but he is recognized as a precursor.

I typically go out for wings on Thursday. They're half priced, the place is a 5 minute walk. But, last night I sat there for about 10 minutes. No clean up, no beer, no hello. So I went home to watch a movie with beer that was there waiting. Lots of places have a wing night ffs.

A couple months ago I help onboard a new colleague. Between helping improve our system overall and making sure he was comfortable and had all the access he needed.. I wrote the tickets and handled all the issues with getting in a Visual Studio License. Today he said.. oh I think Julie got me that..

Today I sent a txt to my daughter with a simple dinner plan. Said I'd be home around 6.
It's 7:30... apparently she's too busy playing on her Switch.

I was kind of surprised that Broken Social Scene encored Lover's Spit. Probably because I don't really know know the band and only really heard the b-sides comp.
There is just something about the song. How it's overt about it's subject matter but not really about that.

Moving in a few days and my internet decided to die. Had the tech scheduled but decided maybe I will just go without. We both have decent data and we are busy with moving. Of course I also made an eBay sale. Had to find my scale and the item.

Ironically, the app that was meant to help me with my 'health and wellness' was impossible to install on my device. Of course I can't just simply log into the app. Why I had to create a password... Honestly are they just fucking with people who are honestly frustrated enough with life already.

Just be prepared to hear about how the Vatican has woke problems and there are concerns over the direction he was taking the church. Trump will down-play being ass at the funeral by diminishing the importance of the funeral. Paid operatives like Tim Poole have already trial ballooned this.

Someone posted this in my work's music on slack with some commentary about all those genres it covers. This is definitely going to be one of those bands (Tool included) that I appreciate.. don't like because kind boring.. and just resent every interaction I have with their fans.
