It isn't possible to design a school system where everyone leaves with the skills needed for the workplace because *they're all going to do different jobs*.

I am a massive fan of the EEF and have used loads of their work over the last decade. But was there really any need to fund a study to see if AI could reduce teacher workload? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷‍♂️😂

If you are a current classroom teacher or leader, don't let anyone, particularly anyone on the outside, make you feel like you have nothing of value to say or that you aren't quite good enough to have a voice and share a platform. You aren't inferior.
