Latest paper from our group: Male and Female Surgeons received equivalent number of industry payments, but median payment is 2.8X higher for males. Lots of potential downstream effects in addition to direct financial implications. link.springer.com/epdf/10.1007...

Lots of hernia nerds here at the #ACSCC24 meeting. We all struggle with the issue of hernias in patients with obesity. No clear answers, need to individualize to the patient
