2/2. This is why I'm fearful of the Supreme Court's shift to "history and tradition." The clearest effect we've seen from marrying the constitution to history and tradition is decisions like Dred Scott. There's a tradition of using tradition to send our country backward, time and again.

There's something truly hilarious about saying that being a Never-trumper was a power grab, when aligning oneself with Trump was the only path to power in the GOP for the last 8 years.

Great list. A really short book that's read by most new USMC officers is "The Passion of Command: the Moral Imperative of Leadership." Though military-focused, it's foundations are sound and applicable to civilian leadership. We could use a return to servant-leadership.
