I've used both, and they're both great. Since you mentioned React, and I have no context of your project, I thought Inertia felt like the win.

We have clients on WPE as well, and I too have to noticed speed issues. I've never used Kinsta, and I'm sure it's great.

I have however migrated a few clients to DigitalOcean using Forge. It's crazy to see a basic VPS, that costs a fraction of the price, outperform a "WP-optimized" managed host.

I forgot... Not a CMS, but I believe you've been digging in to Laravel lately, correct?

The package is not abandoned, but I find needing a tool like this rare in the era of Gutenberg. I used to build "web apps" with WP — these days it's mostly websites. If I need to build a web app I prefer to reach for Laravel.
