Okay, I watched the video, and I can see how it would be misleading. I didn't realize it was interspersed with b-roll, which hides the fact that it was edited.

This Boston Globe story says the papers “tested positive for K2,” according to the sheriff, but notably it does not specify whether those were presumptive tests by law enforcement or confirmatory tests performed in a lab.

Just a few years ago, a judge found that the Massachusetts Department of Correction was using a flawed test to wrongfully punish incarcerated people by accusing them of receiving legal papers laced with K2.
