Me: *waits patiently for the latest @markokloos.bsky.social novel to be released*

Corvus comes out, and 24 hours later I've demolished it in one sitting...

Back to waiting for Eclipse and Cygnus...

Ps. Corvus is a great addition to the Frontlines series and one any Sci-fi fan will enjoy.

I can't be the only one who finds themselves constantly thinking back to the cinematography and direction in Athena? Romain Gavras & Matias Boucard delivered and then some.

It's great to see Channel 4 breaking new ground by commissioning digital dramas. Beth is a meditative and delicately told story by Uzo Oleh of a couple's attempt to conceive.

Death Valley is delightfully charming. Really hoping it gets a second series as the chemistry between Timothy Spall & Gwyneth Keyworth is bloody lovely.

It was lovely to see Manchester Film Festival so busy yesterday, and an even lovelier moment to have Paul Holbrook & the Boys Like You team win Best Director.

I really enjoyed The Score when it was released back in 2021. It felt incredibly bold, confident and frankly different to see a musical heist as a debut feature. It's a shame it wasn't more widely seen at the time, and well worth checking out. #film
