So you say something oddly negative about a very achievable low carbon option in building and I am being off-putting. Compared to talking about many scopes in building retrofit, especially deep energy this is relatively straight forward stuff.

Ha, ha, no. It's one of the easiest of retrofits. But what do we know who do it for a living?

It's pretty delicate, so the sub contractor management was pretty involved. I really do like the paper-on-straw vibe of the assembly. But lots of plastic was used to protect panels before dry in, so I'm not convinced this plastic free assembly works at scale yet in US.

DB+ inside then mechanical chase. Outside is complicated but lots of Mento 3000, fire board and ventilated stucco system with their own redundant spray on WRB.
