I beat my Parkrun PB by 79 seconds! Um, 41.01... no, YOU shut up. Mel pulled away just before the halfway point and did it in 38 minutes, super proud of her!

I made easy bao buns last night - they're a bit off-colour because I only had brown sugar to hand, but they came out of the steamer super-yummy. Filled with chicken in a sticky sauce, spring onions and chillies, but they didn't look pretty enough to photograph with the filling.

Today I'm dogsitting two of my favourite little dogs in the world. Whenever we start playing, which is often, I'm yelling "Laaads!" at them like the three of us are on a stag weekend in Prague and they just ordered shots.
