It would be interesting to see if restaurants that have keg systems have better BTG sales. Kegs have consumer benefits as well, which can be converted to sales. Easy multiple pour sizes is a big one for me, both for moderation as well as flexibility.

Increasing accessibility of Tablas wines is another great benefit. There’s a Sixty Vines near me where I’ve had Patelin white and red, and Alouette Grenache most recently.
