There was very little point in stopping Baloo having a splash. Puddles were plentiful after the last couple of days of rain. TIBETAN MATIFF’S ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO LIKE WATER!!!! Tell Baloo that. 🙄 where the towels?

You can’t blame London for my particular dislike of the place, circumstances dictated that. I don’t regret going there, I’m glad I didn’t stay but I don’t hate the place. I just don’t want to live there. After all they name a house after me 🤥

Eight years ago, this beautiful lady was enjoying her first full day in her new home after a horrible start to her life. The Tibetan Mastiff Rescue fixed her up and we had her for three lovely years. Still miss her, she was stunning.

What a lovely evening we’ve just had. My little sister and her husband had a meal with us in town at Casa Med a tapas restaurant. As we parted, my sister gave us some gifts one was an oversize tennis ball for Baloo. Baloo doesn’t do toys but tonight he decided otherwise.

Bumped into a couple of old colleagues from ‘telly land’ while we were walking our dogs this morning. We chatted way too long for Baloo’s liking so he took himself off and had a lie down. ‘But dad, I’m bored. Can we go home and have breakfast.’ I love this boy.

A bit Heath Robinson but this is the door knocker for Baloo during the colder months when he wants to eventually come in after a snooze out on the patio. He learned to use it quite quickly too. It’s a bit of old poly pipe and para cord tied to the door handle. Simple, cheap and effective.
