the farther i get into projects, the more i dont use agent mode in copilot or cursor's chat, and stick to ask mode.

a friend and me started a end of year fitness challenge last week that includes:
- tracking cals and macros
- 6 workouts per week
- 12000 steps a day min
after one week:
- lbs ⬇️
- bf% ⬇️
pretty happy with that especially since it was halloween last week 🎃
