Consistency beats intensity. Over 20 years, the gyms have changed, the goals have changed, but showing up 3 times a week hasn’t. Good days, bad days, and everything in between, that routine built habits that last a lifetime. You don’t need perfect sessions, just consistent ones. Keep showing up.

Strength training isn’t the only anti-aging tool, but it’s one of the most effective. Few things give you more bang for your buck.

It boosts metabolism, strengthens bones, and improves mobility, balance, muscle mass, and grip strength — all key for staying active and independent as we age.

Try this to finish off a press day;

5 reps to the chest, 5 to the one board, 5 to the two board and 5 to the three board for 20 reps. If you're feeling particularly savage you can combine the blocks to do a four and five block as well!

Getting started in strength training is hard.
