Never knowingly missed an opportunity to use a drop shadow.
I visited the V&A in London recently. I took a photo of this scene which seemed so bizarrely out of place and character for such a fine institution, that it's basically an art installation piece of its own.

Sad to hear that Drew Struzan has died. So many stone cold classics in his portfolio. What a legend.

I don't use X since...you know... but my account is still active and I occasionally get spam messages. I find it crazy that even after a couple of years it's still referring to itself as Twitter....well done to the engineer who left in that bit of code just before Elon fired them

Sad to hear about Val Kilmer, his pallid, sweaty performance as Doc Holliday in Tombstone (1993) is the most memorable for me.

AC: New Horizons came out five years ago today, the same day the UK went into lockdown. If ever the right game came out at the right time, this was it.

Add this to your collection, also spotted in a hospital. It's almost like they don't want you to get where you're supposed to be going.

I keep seeing this in the background of footage from the Oval Office. When did Donald win the World Cup?

In the early days of powered flight, plenty of disasters occurred, but far fewer people saw them. Would anyone ever be confident getting in one of Elon's rockets, having watched them 'rapidly disassemble' so frequently?

Intrigued by people talking about Candied Yams as part of Thanksgiving dinner so I looked up a recipe. Sweet potatoes (not normal potatoes mind you, the sweet kind) covered with sugar and *double checks recipe* miniature marshmallows? And this is served with turkey?

Watched this classic at the weekend. Funny, sad, and heartwarming, delivered by two actors at the peak of their powers. And all done and dusted in 90 minutes. John Hughes was an absolute master.
