These stories exist in defiance of that demand. Vol. 1 was great, and Vol. 2 is too. This collection has bangers that I’ve read before, but also surprises from authors I’ve never heard of. There’s some truly heinous shit here (complimentary) that you need to read to believe.

I’ve read a decent amount of Joe’s work, and it’s wild how distinctive his voice is. I’m fairly certain I could pick it out of a line-up. An entire book of his work is exhausting, but in a good way. “The viewer feels detached, dirty, and used.” But in a good way! (I promise).
