As a kid, SCAREWAVES would’ve scared the shit out of me. Henderson’s style is different than SCARY STORIES’, but I really do think the inclusion of such incredible art elevates the book dramatically. SCARY STORIES gave me nightmares as a kid. Mary's doppelganger would have, too.
