I think there are also important questions for the UN agencies receiving this funding from FIFA.

Thousands of workers were injured or died to prepare the Qatar World Cup. A report commissioned by FIFA, and never publicly revealed, says FIFA should compensate workers or families directly impacted by toll of working in Qatar. Unlikely FIFA will do that.
