This is the longest non-fiction work I've written (more than twice as long as my MA thesis) and while it's not an academic work it does need referencing and I am not having a happy time filling in the blanks.

Policy documents surprisingly good accessible wording as well, I was impressed.
(This was a reimbursement claim, they have a different process for "need medical treatment paid for now" and I assume / hope that's much quicker.)

I don't know, but as a data point I have used Southern Cross for a long time, needed to claim for first time last year, and they were much better than expected, staff were great when I was panicked, they took a bit of time to pay but there were no dramas with doing so.

Obviously some parts I'm less happy about, but it's on the better side of what I expected. I'm relieved! Sad it's looking a lot less positive in some other areas.
