Alla behöver inte sitta 16 år, men det är bra om ett par personer gör det. På de flesta andra arbetsplatser premieras lång arbetserfarenhet. När många är nya behöver de oerfarna hämta stöd ifrån andra i sitt arbete vilket gör att lobbyister har större chans att få genomslag.

Här har du fel Henrik. Det handlar inte om att uträtta något, det handlar om att bevara ett organisatoriskt minne så att partiet kan utvecklas och inte börja från noll hela tiden. Vi behöver en blandning av nytt blod och erfarenhet.

The other option is appeasement, ignoring or doing little to prosecute the law breaking in, or enabled by, this administration. Doing this is only useful to democrats if republicans reciprocate, which there is no indication that they would.

And so, Democrats tools of deterrence are weakened by this fact. Also, it would probably lead to even more of an escalation of political persecution of democrats once republicans gain power the next time

Seems to me there are two options if the Democrats gain back political power. They can try deterrence and go after all the law breakers in the current administration. But the GOP has shown that they are happy to release political loyalists once they get back the presidency.

Having read both, I think they are both good, but At the Existentialist Café feels a bit more approachable for someone new to philosophy.

Lindbergs varningar är viktiga. Men jag tror inte det är den mest hjälpsamma approachen att tänka binärt kring detta. Det pågår en dragkamp i USA där utgången ännu är oklar. Domstolsväsendet blir avgörande. Mellanårsvalet det första stora testet.
