Idk if I'll sound insane but I think Variant Dungeons should be how default dungeons should run tbh.
Scaling based on player count, optional skills that allow for off-role play (tanking as a dps, dpsing as a tank, etc.), more intimate exploration with alt paths/dialogue/lore,

Damn now that I think of it idk if I wanna watch TGA cus I know I'mma get violently angry at that zombie guy for the whole "wrap it up" thing when a game dev is genuinely pouring their heart out on stage but some other chucklefuck that paid big money gets 10 whole minutes to brag.

For me one of the hardest parts of real world trauma & addiction recovery has been managing the anger at myself for not "getting my sh*t together" sooner.
Getting up in your head about all the years you "wasted" is a recovery sabotaging trap. Don't bite. Grace over guilt.
