People join NOAA because they believe in science, service, and stewardship. None of us do science for money or recognition. And we won’t stand by while this new administration tries to tear down the very foundations of science and conservation.

You're right! There is so much variation at the individual level, it's so important in ecology/biology/toxicology these days. We can't just rely on population averages anymore :)
