I’m not even out of my 20s and I still get scared that I’m going to develop a medical problem that worsens my life completely. Like some kind that worsens my coordination or makes me lose my hair, that’s not even mentioned my fear of not being able to make friends or being good at communicating.

In case it wasn’t obvious from my reaction last year, I’m really looking forward to wicked: for good. I already brought my ticket, I’m rewatching the first one, listening to both soundtracks again(which made me like the title change of the second movie) and practically counting the hours until it.

Fellowship of the ring is on tv and it reminded me of my funny relationship with lord of the rings where l watched this first one as a teen and quite enjoyed it. Then watched the other two on a marathon in the last day of vacation so I'm pretty sure I missed some of the end of 2 and beginning of 3.

The week’s now over so it’s time to talk about the most memorable comics I read during it.

Transformers #26:
Continue to be good even if the ending felt too sudden, which is a problem that battle beast also has. Despite that, the high standards that this book has set so far continue to be meet by

I went to an event today near my LCS that was basically a one day small convention and I just have to say, small conventions, there’s nothing like them. It’s incredible to be surrounded by so many people that you can connect to, even despite the elements of the event not fully working. It’s the best

I had heard some mixed things about the new running man but I found it pretty good and probably enjoyed it more than most. It may also be due to feeling that the 80s adaptation was a bit disjointed so this one with its structure of building up tension fulfills the premise and adaptation a lot better

I was watching the most recent Mortal Kombat movie, which is a movie that does a lot of things right when adapting the games, but it also does a lot of wrong. The funny thing is that soon there’s going to be a sequel that by the trailers seems to be ignoring all the wrong things from the first one.

Well it took me way too long to write this but before the new movie, since it was the spooky season I read some predator comics and now I’m going to talk about all of them.
The first one was a couple of months ago, I read Batman vs predator which lived up to hype of being one of the best crossovers,

I been watching the office for the first time for a couple of weeks and it’s undoubtedly a good example of what tv used to be at the time. Especially now that I’ve reached season 4 and got a reminder that because of the way shows used to be made, they would write the last couple of episodes in the

I have been doing a thing recently where I listen to albums while traveling and I had a funny experience when I accidentally listened to the first two oasis albums in reverse order accidentally, which is a bit like watching a movie based on an anime before watching the actual show, because you feel

The week’s now over so it’s time to talk about the most memorable comics I read during it.
Absolute Superman #13:
This issue really showcases what makes this universe different from the original by having a war between Lazarus and Smallville, which in contrast really shows how much this version

Del Toro’s Frankenstein was great as one could expect. I was surprised by how close to book it was even with being more sympathetic with the monster and some of the events being moved around or reduced . The movie also has an incredible collection of weird thespians from Lars Mikkelsen to

To the surprise of nobody who was enjoyed the last couple years of predator stories, Badlands was very awesome and I would recommend to everyone who’s interested to go watch before spoilers become inescapable.
It really shows how great the yautja are as a metaphor for identity and masculinity.

What an intense day!
Time to go to bed.

I’m probably in a position that hasn’t been occupied by many where I am getting lessons to learn a language (Spanish) while also giving lessons to help others learn another language (English).
It definitely makes me more emphatic to the people who I’m working with since I literally share a position.

Let today be a good reminder of the greatest ingredient to change a country’s political axis: Time.

I might be officially getting old since I been doing more daily games later, both official like sudoku and unofial like the one they been doing on LOCG where you have to guess what panel they shared. They help me feel smarter in a way that normally contrasts the rest of my day.

The week’s now over so it’s time to talk about the most memorable comics I read during it, which honestly there weren’t many.
Batman and Robin: Year One #12 concludes this spectacular maxi series that once collected should be put on the shelves next to year one and long Halloween, it’s that great.

Well, to bury my expectations before the new movie I watched The predator, which is a very stupid movie in a bad way, like the movie equivalent of someone who insists that vaccines cause autism, which ironically is the only bad stereotype about it that they don’t use.
What makes it worse is that I

As Halloween draws to a close I can reflect on how strange one of my annual traditions is, which is rewatching a Halloween special from a cartoon I watched as kid called house of mouse.
In case you never heard of the show, it was this 2000s oddity where in every episode all the Disney character were

I went to an Halloween party today and got reminded that while I don’t drink alcohol (it’s more that I don’t like the taste than any moral principle) talking to tipsy people is very amusing since they are at maximum extroverted so I can talk to them knowing they’ll insist on continuing to talk.

I went to the cinema today to see the CSM movie and it was pretty great, it continued the esoteric style of the series while using the movie budget to expand the scale of the action. Also it’s really amusing that the manga had a whole chapter about them going to the movies that was adapted in this.

It annoys me to no end that I’m unable to pre-write this post except in the same day that I’m going to post it. It’s the reason why this posts have been less well structured. Maybe it’s due to being more tired due to my uni classes, so maybe in better days I’ll write more and better. Well, FWP.

A couple of days ago we started winter time here in Europe and after seeing how it affects the day length and the reasons why it’s done I have realized that I’m against switching the clocks in the summer, it doesn’t save energy and the summer days are already long, also this time zones are better.
