And *now*the lyrics are good? A favorite song. Favorite songs are only those songs that not only hit every other category, but with lyrics that speak to me.

If the vocals are clean enough for me to understand lyrics: If the lyrics are bad enough that I’m forced to pay attention to them? The song is cooked. Otherwise, you know. If a great+ song in every other way, I’ll probably tune in to the lyrics more.

Vocal performance: Bad vocals will always ruin a song. But I don’t mean technically bad.
I don’t care about technique. Usually they’re whatever but for a song to be considered anything more than good it must have unique vocals. My favorite acts l have vocals I would be able to pick from any lineup

Also, apparently even in the example I gave MN doesn’t require dementia to be reported to DPS. That’s mind blowing. Many places automatically revoke your license if you’re diagnosed, or at the very minimum require routine retests.

I don’t know specifics re: implementation/funding either. I wouldn’t think it would be the same type of testing you do to get your license in the first place, maybe it would be a brief quiz whenever you renew. But IL apparently has testing in place. Several EU countries have mandatory medical tests.
