My job is pretty cyclical in that I have two pretty bad weeks and then two super chill weeks, so I could manage, but we’re entering the fourth month of absolute hell. I would have quit today if I could 😔 I know I’m going to end up taking a pay cut if I leave, but I don’t think I care anymore
