Not for nothing, but spent the day away from socials to watch my son and his team at the NASP state archery events. His 5th place finish in IBO 3D and 3rd place finish in Bullseye, along with being awarded a state academic archer recognition, is the perfect end to his season. So proud of that kid! 🏹

Got home about an hour ago after traveling for 12 hours. The one time I get a layover at ATL longer than an hour and my gates are not only in the same concourse, but they’re just a few gates down from each other. Why can’t that happen when I have an hour or less for my layover?

Let me speak to the DOGE audit language. Many people who work in both the Treasury and specifically the IRS are CPAs. Most audit firms hire CPAs. A 19yo coder has absolutely no idea how to accurately identify waste or fraud. Calling what DOGE is doing as a audit, is a flat out lie.

As a journalist who covers extremism at the local level, I think it’s a mistake to view Trump’s Napoleonic statement as solely about presidential power. Consider if it’s interpreted as a wink and a nod for any extremist to act outside the law to “save” the country as they see fit
