I write picture books (If Picasso Painted a Snowman series), middle grade, and clean romance. A Lady Most Alluring (Grimm Regency novella) is out now. Fan of birding, reading, board games, and chocolate.

I love hearing from readers!
This book was a really fun way to introduce my budding artist to different famous painters and their art styles.

Picasso, Dalí, O'Keefe, Van Gogh, Monet, Pollack, and more.

It’s here! A scandal. A wager. A masquerade ball. This Regency romance novella is inspired by Cinderella and is the last in the Grimm Regency Tale series. Read in Kindle Unlimited, as an ebook, or in paperback.

Writer friends! If you're having a tough time focusing on your novel right now, try doing some writing off-draft, in a separate document. Here are three Small Assignments you can try to keep working, even when it's hard to focus: 1/4

Write a poem.
Work with clay.
Draw or paint a day away.
Knit or dance.
Make a song.
Film a movie all night long.
Use your hands,
Brain and heart.
Live! Create!
Go make some art.

I have some quiet time tonight so I’m brainstorming some new projects. What is your process for developing new ideas?

I’ve done hard things: childbirth, chemo, healing from injuries, lost loved ones. Today I did my first open water dive, started coughing and choking 19 feet down, and lived to tell about it. I have to go back next week to finish. Wish me luck! #scuba
