I'm Amy, a #photographer from the UK. I specialise in animal and conservation images.

My go-to kit is the #Nikon D850 and #Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 Contemporary.

Sometimes I even whack out the old paintbrush and recreate my work on canvas.

The big weekend has arrived! 🐦

What would you add to the #BigGardenBirdwatch starter pack...

Ooh look! A Coot has crept into your feed...
A Coot stealthily steps forward, its body low and eyes focused, as if carefully sneaking into view. A Pearl-spotted Owlet on the wing. This image is one of a burst I managed to get of this bird in flight in Akagera National Park. This species is one of a few diurnal owl species, which makes it a lot easier to photograph than others!

A European ground squirrel [Spermophilus citellus] seems to play hide and seek.
(It didn't - the dandelion was a welcome "prey")
