Heading home from Singapore after an amazing experience, helping a company develop a culture of team and cohesion. Whether working with schools, administrators, are those in the business world, the same tenants apply.

My one constructive criticism on BlueSky, as a community: we need to “like” less and “retweet” more. In the absence of an algorithm, that’s the way we find each other and reward good content.

Fond memories of when I used to teach “ acknowledge” as an attention move as I’m watching those first flakes fall from the sky. 🙂

Our collaboration with Yongsan International School of Seoul continues. After the in-person visit several weeks ago, we have virtual coaching sessions over the next few months. The music department helped kick things off.
