In these stressful times, the arts are more than just beauty—they’re medicine. Music, painting, dance, and creativity support our mental and physical well-being, offering healing, hope, and connection when we need it most.
Engaging in the arts just once a month can reduce depression risk by 20% in adults over 50. Experts say the arts uniquely boost physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being—all at once, making them a powerful and accessible tool for better health. cbsn.ws/5578

As a healthcare provider, I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact telehealth visits have on our Medicare patients. Cutting telehealth services makes no sense—it will ultimately cost more with increased ER visits and longer inpatient stays. This is a short-sighted decision. Think downstream! STUPID!

"Citibank charged us a $15,000 overdraft fee. I'm happy to say, I reached out to Citibank, and they have refunded the overdraft fee."

Stating the obvious: tariffs are a regressive tax on the poorest Americans.

A company pays the tariff, and raises their prices to get that money. That price is paid by the consumer.

Dozens of studies in recent years have linked ultra-processed fare to health problems such as high blood pressure and heart attacks, and also to some problems that one might not expect: cancer, anxiety, dementia, and early death.
Why Is the American Diet So Deadly?
A scientist tried to discredit the theory that ultra-processed foods are killing us. Instead, he overturned his own understanding of obesity.
