Or, why I'm giving the gift of wine this holiday season...

An important read for the first two paragraphs alone. And, "...these philosophies [...] require so much inventing of perverse principles to reach a cruel end that the pain of others begins to seem like the first priority rather than the inadvertent result."

No One Can Offer Any Hope
Even if most Americans haven’t abandoned their private sense of empathy, many don’t seem terribly bothered by the rancidness of their leaders.

Just sharing some new work spotlighting the Temecula Valley American Viticultural Area, b/w LA and San Diego and oft underestimated due to its warm climate. Things cool down at night though, and Italian, Spanish, and French varieties result in refreshing wines!

Last year I was lucky to visit North Carolina to learn more about the state's largest American Viticultural Area, the Yadkin Valley AVA—a cool, nonconformist community working w/ integrity to identify apt grape varietals for the region's climatic conditions. www.wineenthusiast.com/basics/regio...

I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

18F was an elite federal software shop. We made gov't websites work better, more efficiently for the American people. We saved taxpayers from getting screwed over by contractors. And were fired for it.

We made this website to tell our story:

You might not see it in the mainstream media, but over 10,000 people protested today at Tesla showrooms across the country, another 10,000+ rallied in support of national parks, and more than 1,000 gathered in Vermont to protest Vance’s visit.

Great—here’s hoping we see even more “bipartisan criticism” before it’s too late.
The Trump administration reversed itself on making funding and staff cuts to a federal health program for survivors of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, after bipartisan criticism of the moves.
