Has anyone tried ClōSYS Ultra Sensitive mouthwash? I was using Therabreath, but my mouth got inflamed, painful, & was bleeding when I brushed my teeth. It took forever to figure out what was causing it. I stopped using it about 3 weeks ago, the inflammation is mild now.

From a fellow broke bipolar person, here are cat pictures! This is my 16 year old cat, Niki. She's the light of my life and has kept me alive through so many hard times. She's very sweet, good-natured, gentle, and spoiled rotten, as all cats should be spoiled because they deserve to be. ❤️

I got started on my Halloween decorations, but didn't get far. Hopefully I can finish them tomorrow! I also want to cook another meal so that I can portion it into containers & put it in the fridge for later. Maybe I can get some more Overnight Quinoa Porridge made, too. Pic is my earrings today. 🦇⚰️

My #ChronicPain was super bad tonight. I had lots of #CPTSD flashbacks to when I was w/my ex, & my #POTS was flaring. But, despite all that shit, I still made an excellent Vegetarian Pumpkin & TVP Lasagna (it also has silken tofu in it) & OMG it turned out PERFECT! At least something went right! 😋
