Friends who may be here, but not on FB...I am heartbroken to share that my beloved soulmate and life partner of 31 years, David Whisnant, passed away on Tuesday (12/10) after being diagnosed on Thanksgiving with an aggressive cancer that had metastasized to his liver. Here we are in Oct. 💔

Feeling that nervous thing in the center of my chest. Out walking the Morgan Creek trails that have given me solace these last several years and wondering if they will be enough this time.

I find comfort in noticing beauty that continues no matter who is in power. From tonight’s neighborhood walk.
