Maybe not running but you should do some for of cardio for the health benefits of it (and runners, generally speaking, should lift some weights for the very same reason)

That's definitely true in places where catholics are the majority. I mean in Poland (which in theory is around 80% catholic) when there is discussion about baptism of a child or sending the kid to first communion the arguments are cultural and not religious (literlay "grandma will feel bad")

Most catholics don't really give a shit about things that Pope says. They just know from being raised catholic that if you don't talk explicitly about it nobody will really care even if it's obvious from what you say and do in other spheres of your life.

If there is totenkopf available to pick in tattoo salon then it's most likely a nazi tattoo salon. Tattoo artist usually know that shit so if it's there it's deliberate.
