It’s the Gulf of Mexico, forever.

I’m lucky the delay in my direct deposit didn’t affect me this week. But most of my adult life I’ve lived waiting for that paycheck to drop to buy groceries and pay bills. Capital one owes its customers more than an emailed apology. I will be ending my relationship with them.

My last post was about a year ago about these two. They’ve allowed us to stay in their home thus far. I quit all my social media after the election. Nothing was going to make me feel better. These two do though.

But they sure bonded quick at our home, getting into trouble together, and bonding with their respective human children.

He was born in the shelter.

Their cages were on top of each other.

They’re not from the same litter.

We adopted them from the Forsyth Humane Society when they were about two months old.

They’re best friends.

I’ve got cute cats now.

I forgot I signed up for this, and I got the invite a few days ago, but I still don’t know how to find people to follow. Anyway, rest in peace Jimmy Buffett.
