"Make The Lie Real" Is an internal mantra at @infrablack.bsky.social. It means that it's fun to have ideas, but they don't mean anything until you risk your time and energy to make them come true.
While I think it's important to keep kids away from adult content on the internet, I can't help but see the tightening age restrictions on network access being a means for those in power to make sure the next generation grows up believing exactly what they need them to. A cutting-off.

Everyone talks about the SR-71 being an untouchable piece of engineering, but personally I think the Soviet Mig25 might be right up there. Mach 3 capable(ish), steel skin cooled by an alcohol circulatory system, and could do quite a bit more more than take pictures.

being effortlessly perceptive and reading people is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it means I usually know more about the person than they think I do even when they're playing games. On the other, some of the things I pick up on are really intimate things that aren't my business at all.
