Here are some Amoebas that have evolved to hunt.
They use their spikes to damage their prey, and then funnel their remains into their mouth.

I am working on an evolution simulator, where little bacteria like creatures reproduce, and grow. They use light as their initial energy source, though some eventually evolve to prey on their neighbors. This is a trailer to a video that I am working on that explains what I've learned in the process
