Since it’s National Dog Day, I might as well post a pic of Marvel. Her superior cuddling made being sick this last week semi-tolerable. She’s an expert napper too, contributing to surprise naps more than once in recent days

Got the chance to give a tour of the WWI Museum again today, and luckily my group managed to head to the top of the tower before it got too hot. Pretty cool view of downtown Kansas City! This is one of the reasons the museum is my favorite place in KC!
