I just sold all my long-term Amazon RSUs. When the short-term roll to long-term in May I'll sell those too. A massive shitstorm is brewing. I plan to have as much cash on hand as possible.
As for my 401K I just have to hope it can bounce back within the next 13 years, when I'll need it.

If we can inundate them with postcards, emails and calls, maybe, just maybe, we can keep some of the trash coming from Dump at bay. I think we should also send thanks to those three republican congresspeople for saying no to corruption and evil.

Susan Collins of Maine, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska all voted against confirming Pete Hegseth. I just read that Todd Young and John Curtis may be moderate also.

The check and balance of needing Congress to approve most things coming from the Executive branch can work if we can sway enough moderate Repubs who think Dump is batshit crazy (and dangerous) like Dems do.

I feel like we need to reach out to moderate republicans in Congress and try to get them not to vote for some of the insane things that are going to be coming their way.
