I can think of three more scenes, of varying levels of competence, exactly like that one: The Fright Night remake, Netflix’s Extraction, and Carry-On.
All of them are impressive, but they force you to focus on the filmmaking, rather than the story.
I feel the same way about Stan Lee cameos.

Seriously, though, there are RCA cables-to-USB-A dongles that do all the encoding and are dirt cheap. If you can find a playback device, it should be easy to convert to mp4.
