On 5/20, my best friend lost her daughter in a horrible car accident. The whole family is, of course, devastated. She was just 26 and just starting to come into her own. She will be missed. A fund has been set up for the family. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Putting this back out there as I head out to participate in the Vallejo Hunger Walk. It's not too late to donate! Any gift is greatly appreciated!
Once again, I’ll be participating in the Vallejo CROP Hunger Walk. I’ll be walking on May 3rd to raise money for CROP (Church World Service’s hunger relief program) and some local hunger charities. Any donations would be greatly appreciated!

It was one year ago today when my life changed forever. Getting a breast cancer diagnosis was the worst thing I have ever been through. While I am done with active treatment, I am now working to repair all the physical and mental damage. Now, I'm trying to find my new normal. #cancersucks
