I finally restarted my fitness routine this morning! Yay! I needed to start today off on a good note to try to reverse the funk I was in yesterday and woke with today. I did some Tai Chi, stretching, and just a bit of yoga. It felt so good.

Taking a break from all the political stuff and having a long, wonderful day of self care: blood drawn at the VA to check my post orchi hormone levels; therapy session; first time back at the gym in a month; then a very early dinner with Renee and the kids; and now a mani pedi!
