The last day to sign, the coalition was doing a a call to action to apply pressure, so I think it might not have gone through.

I worked with a (failed) campaign to pressure her to sign trans bills. that failed, but the org we worked with noted that she's very progressive on quite a few issues, including abortion and has been that way, but she's not very politically deft so the message doesn't really go out.

I think Hochul and Mamdani also overlap more than people would assume and that's one reason they built coalition while other "establishment Dems" dragged feet
