As usual, people are blowing this way out of proportion. The bot is not in your servers. It has been added to Discord's repository of approved bots, server owners can selectively add them.
You would need to manually add this.
All the ban command does is pre-emptively add it to your ban list.

One of them claimed there's too much work for voice actors to do & that's why we need AI. No. We fucking don't. Digital voices are so unpleasant to me. Fuck this all. They can all go fuck themselves. I know multiple voice actors desperate for work. I hate this world so fucking much sometimes.
