The saying is "The road to Hell is paved with good intentions", but it really should be "The road to hell is paved with capitulations". Too many with the power to stand up to the Trump regime are genuflecting to it instead.

They'll attack a pizza place for alleged child sex trafficking from their basement WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE A BASEMENT but they stand behind their leader who is credibly accused of child sex crimes and is working hard to hide the evidence that would prove it or exonerate him. Make it make sense!!!

They have no problem starving people in other countries (USAID). We're about to find out they are fine with starving Americans, too (SNAP and other programs).

My pessimistic prediction: The National Guard is being deployed to the No Kings protest in Austin, agitators will be planted in the crowd to start something, the National Guard quells the faux violent protesters, then Trump uses it as an excuse to declare Martial Law.

New GoFundMe project idea - a swarm of ~5,000 small spacecraft placed in/near the L2 Lagrange point to image the surface of the nearest Earth-like exoplanets in their star's habitable zone. I'm sure there are lots of reasons this won't work but my degree from DKU says to give it a shot.

THIS is a literal attack on religion, Christians in particular, by ICE acting on behalf of the federal government. This is who you should arrest and prosecute. This is one reason ICE is so despised nation-wide.

It's little consolation to victims of the Nazi regime that history looks back negatively on the Nazis. Would be much better if the atrocities never occurred. We are living the "commit atrocities" stage now. Still not looking forward to the "look back negatively on the perpetrators" stage to come.
