Yeah, it's heavy vertical integration, but not a monopoly, especially while Disney, Comcast & Paramount exist, to say nothing of the fact Comcast is spinning out Versant & Netflix/WB will spin out Discovery Global. There's still various players in motion that fight more than collude for now.
