I saw some click baity article that said something about there being a "disappointing update" regarding production of season 3. It said nothing though other than some quote from Robert Aramayo about having some more filming to do. "Almost" has me cautiously hopeful though.

My life went nuts around the time of the first rewatch and I missed doing it with everyone. Hoping maybe I can participate in this one!

We know in Return of the King that Denethor had a palantír in his possession and through it had received visions that had driven him into despair and madness. While Sauron is in possession of a palantír himself and therefore able to use it against Denethor and Saruman, I wonder to what extent - 2/3
