my favorite warcraft artist Alex Horley!!
here's my favorite paintings by him with some hopefully not-terrible alt text.

I LOVE HIS PAINTINGS SO MUCH!!! i grew up with the Conan books he did the covers for.
his work makes me want to improve my anatomy and shading and be a better artist!! 😤✊

Thrall, calling forth the elements, whirls Doomhammer into the air, lightning arcing off of it's surface. He has bright green skin, two long black braids, and his blue eyes glow with power. He wears a sleeveless robe, chains around his wrists, and large red beads around his neck.

i love it cause its as close as im ever gonna get to having the sentinel's nightsabers
the new sabers do not capture the vibe of the original imo
teeth smaller, body smaller, weird clip-on eyebrows, blah

old one though? huge body, huge teeth, huge jaw, and i think the shape language is more iconic

GASP we back I need your help!

i plan on streaming a game every weekend until i have to move in 3-4 weeks
im gonna be working hard off stream to finish what i owe, participate in ArtFight, and tank moving duties so i plan on treating my streams like a kind of break
