I'm not too surprised. They've been saying the quiet parts out loud for a few years.

Yes, we all will eventually die but she's trying to skirt the responsibility that these deaths will be from her and everyone else who supported the cuts to Medicaid and federal aid. They should be reminded that signing these bills are signing people's death certificates.

I take it Joni has never heard of a thing called preventable death.

Part of the reason I'm not on here as much

I used to be like that too and I still get nervous. I have a crockpot and an instant pot that I use. I always check to make sure the valves are clean, the weight works, and the sealing ring is on correctly. You can also do a water test before you cook with them.

Pintos are good too. I made some really good refried beans from scratch. I found using a pressure cooker really cuts down on the prep time. I don't have to presoak them and it only takes 20 to 30 minutes versus hours.

Isn't it near Brownsville? I remember seeing A More Perfect Union video about how Space X is polluting a public beach near there. Plus the beach keeps getting closed to locals for launches.

I feel bad for the confectioner because that was an accident. I'm sure arsenic isn't sweet, it's bitter? Still, I wouldn't be surprised if it somehow found its way into food considering our track record for accountability. J&J is still fighting the asbestos baby powder lawsuits.
